By creating an account or using ZeppMail, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To use ZeppMail, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the authority to enter into these terms
• Not be prohibited from using our service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using ZeppMail, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using a supported authentication provider (Google, Microsoft, etc.). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes is prohibited and may result in account termination.

When you connect your email account to ZeppMail:

• You grant us read-only access to your email metadata
• You can revoke this access at any time through your email provider or ZeppMail settings
• You authorize us to analyze email patterns to detect potential security threats
• You acknowledge that we do NOT access email body content

You must have the legal right to grant us access to the email accounts you connect.

You agree NOT to:

• Use ZeppMail for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we don't guarantee that ZeppMail will be:

• Available at all times without interruption
• Error-free or free from bugs
• Secure from unauthorized access or data loss

We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We'll provide advance notice when possible.

6.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Update our technology and infrastructure
• Change pricing for premium features (with notice to existing users)

7.1 Our Property

ZeppMail, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by ZeppMail and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. By using ZeppMail, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our service.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about ZeppMail, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

ZeppMail offers both free and paid plans:

• Free Plan: Basic features with usage limits
• Paid Plans: Additional features and higher limits (when available)

For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Email account access will be immediately revoked
• Unused subscription time is not refundable (unless required by law)

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• We're required to do so by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the service

We'll provide notice when possible, but may terminate immediately for serious violations.

10.1 No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeppMail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties that defects will be corrected
• Warranties regarding security or data protection

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeppMail shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages from service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.

10.3 Email Action Disclaimer

ZeppMail helps you identify and manage suspicious emails, but:

• We cannot guarantee detection of all threats
• You are responsible for final decisions about deleting or keeping emails
• We are not liable if you accidentally delete important emails
• Always review emails before taking bulk actions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeppMail and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws

12.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with ZeppMail:

1. Contact us at support@zeppmail.com to try to resolve it informally
2. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution

12.3 Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZeppMail.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right.

13.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer our rights to any affiliate or successor.

13.5 Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, cyber attacks).
